Service Excellence Award

The Roodepoort Chamber of Commerce (ROCCI) has awarded their service Excellence Award to us a couple of times, as well as the Bronze Award in the Professional Service category.  The purpose of these awards is to identify those businesses that add great value to the economy and achieve success. The panel of judges consisted of SAIPA, FNB Commercial Bank, Business Partners Limited and SAICA.

We are very proud that the team's dedication and hard work is recognised.
Other information:

Jabu Vilakazi, an associate of Growth in Motion and has been the Managing Member of Binda Business Enterprise for the last 15 years. He completed a BA and Honours degrees in Industrial Psychology at Wits University, and the Programme in Industrial Product Marketing at UNISA. He also successfully completed training in Performance Enhancement in Chicago (USA). Jabu has 22 years experience as an organizational development consultant in various projects including business process re-engineering, strategy; change management; performance management, diversity management; improving team effectiveness; and conducting organizational surveys. He also facilitates training in leadership, finance, supply chain, HR, customer service, sales, admin, health & safety, risk management, performance management, project management, and business communication. He obtained extensive change management and training experience in the following sectors: financial, water, legal, defense, media and entertainment, energy and the public sector. Jabu also shares his expertise as an alumni at Protec mentoring tertiary students. He enjoys playing tennis, squash, soccer, traveling and hosting family and friends for food and drinks.
