Programme Outline

Numerous employees have gained experience and knowledge through informal, non-formal and formal learning opportunities. The RPL process will enable RPL candidates to receive recognition for their appropriate knowledge and skills required for personal and career development and the employment market.

To RPL internal staff to get them qualified will not only save time and cost (compared to obtaining a qualification), but also ensure that skills are retained.

The offering includes:

  • RPL advice and support on implementing and managing RPL
  • Project management and customisation of the RPL process according to client  company‚Äôs specific needs and requirements
  • Collaboration with experts and accredited training providers as required
