As a result of COVID-19, CPD has been one of the areas impacted. Many CPD activities which were due on 31 May 2020, received an extension of 3 months, giving impacted individuals until 31 August 2020. This additional time gives FSPs, KIs and Reps the opportunity to accumulate CPD hours for the current cycle.
Food for Thought:
If you met the 2020 FSCA CPD requirements by 31 May 2020, you could now start accumulating your prorated number of CPD hours effective 1 June 2020.
If you complied with the 2020 FSCA CPD requirements by 31 May 2020, but only started accumulating your hours from June 2020 until 31 August 2020, all is not lost. These hours are valid and will count towards your 2020 cycle.
